Debbie Ford, chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, shares what prepared her to lead when the pandemic forced the university into lockdown in 2020. Despite all of the drastic changes that happened to the campus, they still managed to have the largest graduating class in Parkside’s 52-year history.
