How many 100-year-old institutions can you name in your local community? Even as I typed this intro out, I couldn’t get past three myself.
One hundred years is a long time to survive as a business or a non-profit. Generations of people will have interacted with your organization.
Hitting one hundred years is a milestone to celebrate, a time to reflect and envision people to the next chapter.
