As the CEO of the largest stand alone Boys and Girls Club in the U.S., Jake McGhee has his hands full serving more than 12,000 youth each year while building and maintaining relationships with schools, other nonprofits, and local companies in order to support the club financially. His passion to serve brought him here, but that passion didn’t prepare him for the demands of balancing programs, managing staff and volunteers, engaging supporters, or community involvement.
